Moving Forward

Welcome! You are likely reading this because you are thinking of taking the next step in your career, trying to determine if it’s time to leave (or possibly you already know that it’s overdue), but you don’t know where to start.

I have seen it time and again in my professional and personal life. People want to find that new job, and are sick of where they are, but can't seem to focus on creating an effective job search.

You may be overwhelmed by the prospect of looking for something new. Or, you may be frustrated if you applied to a few things, and didn’t get the job. The thing is, while you are standing still opportunities are opening and closing around you. In order to move forward, you need to move.

It can be a tip-toe, a short hop or a leap, but you have to take that first step — It doesn’t need to be a big one. Maybe dust off your resume, and start making changes, maybe connect with someone on your social network.

Once you take that first step, take more. Set goals for yourself with deadlines. Commit to yourself to make changes.

We are here to help you move forward, both with setting goals, and with advice if you are getting stuck.
